I am a Women’s Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, I specialise in Lifestyle, Holistic Health & Wellness and Menopause Transition Coaching.
I have been exploring yoga and spiritual approaches to life, for over 20 years. Having embraced many holistic trainings in yoga, mindfulness, coaching, ceremony space holding and women’s empowerment, I consider it a privilege to be able to sensitively and intelligently share my learnings and give guidance.
My approach is compassionate, deeply self-reflective and always light-hearted. I am passionate about creating and holding space and embracing the powers of the feminine energy for healing, growth and wisdom.
My work weaves in elements of cyclical living, combining the wisdom of the moon and season cycles with the internal feminine cycles and the unique phases of a women's life. Supporting you to learn how to recognise, integrate and embody these innately intuitive and highly intelligent guiding lights to live your fullest life, achieving optimum health and being empowered to fully own and steer your journey and destiny.
I deliver weekly yoga classes for both men and women, and I offer one to one coaching sessions and programs.
