Yin Yoga is a passive, quiet practice, where postures go beyond our muscles and target the deep connective tissues through long-held poses.  It is a meditative journey deep into the body, a gateway to the many layers of our physical and energetic being. This practice is calming and contemplative.

Sound Healing is an ancient holistic practice, that is proven to promote wellbeing. It is a beautiful soothing experience, where the practitioner is brought on a journey of calming vibrational frequencies, helping to clear energy blockages within the body, mind and soul and provide calming effects on the nervous system.

No previous experience for this retreat is required, it is suitable for all human beings!
