Our Cognitive Health in Peri-to-Post Menopause is Critically Important and should not be put on the long finger!

Studies show continuous unresolved high cortisol and/or poor sleep directly links to cognitive decline during the menopause transition.  Cognitive decline can be irreparable if left unresolved, and so more than ever our management of issues is of critical importance


In addition we become much more prone to dehydration, due to hot flashes and night sweats and our body water content dropping as we age, many of us are not great anyway at regular hydration, and now we're losing levels continuously

These risks are directly linked to the development of dementias in later years, often still young in life, making these disturbances most certainly NOT something to simply live with or not prioritise
